When we decide that enough is enough, that health is a priority, that life is too short and there is more to this thing than what we had painfully accepted as reality, change comes.
My journey is in no way complete. I have learned that there really is no end. No finish line. No point where you can say, “I’ve reached my goal and I can stop now.” There is no stopping. There is ALWAYS room for improvement. That’s why they call it a “lifestyle change”. I have heard that phrase many, many times before and during my journey towards health. It’s basically the two word way to success for a guy like me. If I, a man with questionable will power and not a whole lot of discipline when it comes to food and exercise, can do it, then so can you. First step: stop hating yourself. You’re worth too much to let this be your reality. Don’t strive for thin. Strive to be a healthier you.
Now go kick ass.
WOWZA!!!! You look so amazing!! Geez, that transformation is really something to be proud of!
Thanks! Hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, but the payoff is so worth it.
Evident in your before and after, you are a inspiration!
Now the key is to continue and keep motivated. Never going back.
That is the key.
4 years ago I lost almost 90lbs. I looked and felt amazing.
My fitness level was thru the roof. I was 21% body fat.
Hit a few ‘life bumps’, lost sight of myself for what seemed like just a fraction of time and found myself not only back to my ‘before’ weight, but add an additional 40lbs.
I cant seem to get my shit together and it is so very frustrating. I am just waiting for myself to kick me in the ass as scream ‘wake the fuck up Sarah’.
I am so scared to have a massive heart attack in front of a bunch of people at a mall or in a restaurant.
When I say, you inspire me, it comes from a place or true understanding of your struggles before and after the weight loss. I admire you so much.
Don’t ever, go back.
I know all too well of your struggle. I have had numerous “this time will be different” moments, that usually never panned out, and I went right back to my old weight, plus some. I realized though, that I was running out of time. Running out of second, third and fourth chances. I was missing out on life in every possible way. It was affecting my family, my relationship with others and my health. I will say that juicing progressed me by literal leaps and bounds. It was a lot of weight in a short amount of time, which for me, was a mental boost. I know it’s not for everybody, but my doctor and I agreed that it was a method I needed to pursue. Once I began losing large amounts of weight, I realized like never before that this was possible. I would love to share my tips tricks and “secrets” with you whenever you would like. I know the struggle and I know the roadblocks. Mainly because I’m still fighting them everyday. Dominate, my friend. Because I know you can.
Thank you, and I will definitely utilize your offer of help.
Have a wonderful day!
You too!!
